Preparing for your In-Person Session at Harmonic Egg Niagara

Welcome to Harmonic Egg Niagara! We're thrilled to welcome you into our space. Before your appointment, please take a moment to review our recommendations and guidelines. Preparing For Your In-Person Session:



Before Your Session:


  1. Dress Comfortably: Please dress comfortably for your visit. We kindly request that you refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes. You'll be asked to remove any jewellery before your session. Pacemakers and implanted metals are fine.


  2. During Your Session: While inside the Harmonic Egg, you can choose to stay awake, drift off to sleep, or simply relax with your eyes open or closed. The most important thing is to embrace the intention of your session and use this time to relax and rejuvenate.

  3. After Your Session: We recommend avoiding long walks, hiking, shopping, or strenuous exercise immediately afterward. It's best to allow for quiet time for the rest of your day, if possible. Your health is your greatest asset, so it's important to prioritize it above all else. Prioritizing your health paves the way for joy, love, productivity, and creativity to thrive in your life.

  4. Planning Multiple Visits: Every individual's journey is unique, and the number of sessions needed varies. We encourage you to discuss your specific needs with us. Typically, most people experience significant benefits after 3-10 visits, and we offer convenient packages to support your wellness journey. Maintenance sessions are recommended once you've achieved your desired well-being to sustain your progress.

  5. Best Practices: Several factors can enhance your wellness process, such as staying hydrated, maintaining a nutritious diet, and avoiding stimulants like coffee, tea, nicotine, or marijuana. It's also beneficial to minimize alcohol or drug intake, reduce emotional, environmental, or physical stressors, prioritize rest, and actively manage stress levels.

  6. Important Note: To maximize the benefits of your Harmonic Egg session, we ask that you reschedule any other treatments such as bloodwork, massage, acupuncture, biofeedback, cranial sacral therapy, EMDR, use of the BioMat, or energy work (reiki, crystal healing) for 5-7 days after your session with us. The benefits of the Harmonic Egg continue to unfold and integrate throughout the week following your visit, allowing your body to fully absorb the session's benefits. Please discuss any questions or concerns with us; we're here to help and support you.

  7. Hydration: It's important to commit to drinking about 60-90 ounces (or a gallon, 128 ounces) of water per day, depending on your diet, for about 5-7 days after your session. Hydration is crucial for the process. Think of it as cleansing and supporting your bloodstream and lymph system, essential for optimal wellness.

  8. Acknowledgement: By reading this, you acknowledge that Harmonic Egg Niagara is not your primary care physician and that any medical concerns should be addressed by your medical, integrative, or naturopathic doctor.

  9. Cancellation Policy: Our Cancellation Policy requires 12 hours' notice. Please notify us within this timeframe if you need to cancel or reschedule your session to avoid a session fee. Thank you for your understanding.
